This is a strategic hire for a growing branch with a strong pipeline of new construction and re-roofing projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze blueprints, conduct site visits, and prepare detailed cost estimatesPerform take-offs and quantify materials, labor, and equipmentCollaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teamsTrack bid status and maintain strong GC relationshipsStay current on industry trends, materials, and local codesQualifications2+ years of commercial roofing or construction estimating experienceProficiency with The EDGE or similar estimating softwareStrong blueprint reading and bid document analysis skillsExcellent communication, organization, and time managementValid driver's license and ability to travel to job sitesPreferredOSHA 10/30 certificationBilingual (English/Spanish)Familiarity with AutoCAD/RevitLocal market knowledge (Orlando or broader Florida region) Cruitin
