Job DescriptionJob Description Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting is seeking an individual who is self-motivated with a passion for success to join our growing team as Sales Estimator! Sales/Estimator Skills: Generate and capture sales leads Order and process parts per the repair guidelines Review repair orders with technicians as necessary Analyze collision and/or paint damaged vehicles to create a repair plan and cost Assist the GM in overseeing the day to day operations of the front office and the shop Update customers on the repair status of their vehicle with frequent and accurate information Customer service focused Outstanding communication skills Self-driven with a desire to earn money based on performance Experience with CCC1 and like estimating programs preferable Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers Ability to autonomously multitask, prioritize and complete duties in a timely manner This position is hourly or Salary (includes bonus commission based on sales) Company DescriptionFounded in 1972, MAACO® Auto Painting & Collision Repair is America’s #1 Bodyshop, and repairs accident damage, dents and faded paint for nearly 500,000 drivers annually.
