EPIC SUPPORT ANALYST - 1 Full Time opening
Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• High level of technical computer skills.
• Previous EHR experience required.
• Strong organizational, communication (oral and written), presentation and interpersonal skills and adult teaching techniques.

Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of the position :

• Dedicated to assisting support to end-users during Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Health Record (HER) implementations.
• Serve as onsite application expert.
• Provide end user training and support, including on-call support schedule.
• Provide technical support for testing and for maintaining member-managed components of the software.
• Attending all OCHIN meetings, workgroups, and learning forums offered.
• These functions are not all inclusive.
