1-800-GOT-JUNK? is currently hiring sales-focused individuals who like to stay active while working. No sales experience necessary, we'll train you! As a member of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? team, you will be partnered with a trainer and learn the ins and outs of our sales process, including call aheads, estimating, route planning, and also learn how to safely lift and handle large items, before being in charge of your own route!

A day in the life starts with an energizing morning meeting, consolidating trucks, and hitting the road! You and your partner for the day will have anywhere from 4-7 jobs on your route, depending on the size of each job, and will also be dumping your trucks or bringing them back to the warehouse when you hit your truck capacity.

Not only do we provide a stable base hourly pay, our team members also enjoy daily tips and profit share. Your effort directly correlates with how much money you can make; our teams average anywhere between $24-$28/hour, but top performers have made more than $40/hour!
