Job Description

Waste Connections is looking for a motivated Door-to-Door Residential Sales Representative for our location in Acworth, Georgia.

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company in the community. You'll engage with homeowners and small businesses to promote our waste collection and recycling services, educate potential customers, and close sales in assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential and commercial areas to generate leads and close new accounts
• Present and explain services, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently
• Build rapport with potential customers and handle objections professionally
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales using CRM tools
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Stay informed about industry trends, local regulations, and company offerings
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
• Other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• Experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
