Job Description

About Our Client

Our client is a global Digital Product Engineering and Technology Services company that is undergoing significant expansion in key markets. The company focuses on building complex digital solutions and experiences for its customers. Our client has demonstrated robust, reliable growth, crossing the $1 billion revenue mark, and is targeting ambitious longterm expansion. The work culture is highly collaborative and resultsoriented, with an emphasis on agility and direct involvement from leadership.

The Opportunity

This is a newly created, highvisibility Director role focused on building, shaping, and growing a new Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE). The role is centered on clientfacing problem solving, strategic advisory, and influencing complex enterprise engagements, with approximately 70% of the work directly involving clients. The Director will be a hybrid leadersenior and strategic, yet handsonleading the design and execution of AIled supply chain solutions and guiding clients from vision to measurable value realization.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the design and execution of AIled supply chain solutions across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution.
  • Partner with clients to assess their supply chain maturity, pain points, and AIreadiness, then define prioritized strategic roadmaps.
  • Translate complex business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with internal data science and engineering teams.
  • Activate the gotomarket strategy for integrated supply chain solutions and establish intellectual property, including thoughtleadership pieces.
  • Shape and execute client organizational change initiatives, including training and adoption strategies, to ensure the realization of business value.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with breakthrough technology vendors to enhance solution credibility and reach.
  • Serve as a trusted mentor within the Supply Chain CoE, imparting domain expertise and commercial insights.

Who You Are

  • A hybrid leader with a sweet spot of 1523 years of total experience, including a minimum of 13 years in supply chain.
  • Mandatory experience in IT services and consulting, demonstrated through a stable career progression (roughly 3+ years per role).
  • Deep endtoend Supply Chain mastery across all major domains: planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and operations.
  • Experience across at least three industry verticals (e.g., CPG, retail, manufacturing, BFSI, hightech).
  • Senior and strategic, yet comfortable being handson and willing to be on the warehouse/shop floor when needed.
  • Proven ability to work with both technical (AI, data science, product) and business teams.
  • Experienced in presenting to clients and delivering crossfunctional analytics and insights.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced, U.S.-based leader (1523 years) with a strong, mandatory background in IT services and supply chain consulting. They must possess deep endtoend supply chain mastery. Ideally, their career path would include early experience inside a supplychainheavy company (like General Mills or Amazon) followed by a successful transition into a top consulting firm (like Accenture, EY, or Deloitte). This hybrid leader is senior and strategic, but thrives on being handson, comfortable working with both Clevel executives and technical/data science teams, and is eager to build and own a new practice.

Why Join the Team?

This is a unique opportunity to join an established, stable global organization that is in a major strategic growth phase, particularly expanding the U.S. presence and AIrelated business units. You will be one of the founding members of a brandnew Supply Chain Center of Excellence, giving you the freedom to architect, shape, and own a practice area from the ground up. The role offers a competitive compensation package, with a strong base salary plus a 21% bonus. The culture is entrepreneurial and lowbureaucracy, prioritizing learning, innovation, and impact.
