Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Our facility is a well-oiled machine and we're seeking an experienced SNF RN to oversee risk management and quality improvement

Job Details

M-F days working in-person in a SNF / LTC facility overseeing qualify and risk management.

What you will be doing:

• Investigate, review, report all accidents and incidents
• Work proactively with staff to reduce future potential accidents
• OSHA reporting and log
• QAPI and Audits
• Policy creation

Skills you need:

• RN license
• Experience working in a skilled nursing / long term care facility is required
• Quality improvement / risk management experience is highly preferred
