Your Impact

• Deliver operational excellence and coordinate with other leaders to achieve remarkable results across all restaurant areas.
• Build high-performance teams, identify and coach leaders for both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Manage a team of over 100, create an inspiring vision, coach, and hold team members accountable to high standards.
• Increase profitability by implementing procedures to reduce costs, boost productivity, and promote sales.
• Maintain a safe work environment that ensures food and team safety.
• Enhance overall restaurant performance by collaborating with other department leaders through weekly meetings and setting high-level goals.
• Require 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must be tech-savvy.
• High volume experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of developing others.
