What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze end-to-end manufacturing processes and provide tactical recommendations to improve delivery performance
- Collaborate with IT to define business requirements for digital solutions and lead user acceptance testing
- Design and develop customized reports to streamline workflows for plant and staff needs
- Manage large-scale production efforts and coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by implementing new technologies and capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or Engineering, including direct interactions with business clients
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI
- 3+ years of experience in Research & Engineering, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and related IT solutions
- Ability to identify and solve computer hardware/software problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with material recipes, product specifications, and GE Plant Applications
- Demonstrated experience in leading IT projects and programs
- Familiarity with performance measurement and benchmarking tools
- Experience working in virtual teams across different cultures and time zones
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
