Salary:

As we continue to grow, were looking for skilled Equipment Mechanics to join our team and help keep our fleet running strong.This is a year-round position working on large-scale civil construction equipment a vital role that directly supports productivity and project success across multiple job sites.

What You'll Do:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including dump trucks, pickups, excavators, loaders, tracked dozers, air compressors, and more
• Focus on preventive and proactive maintenance to ensure maximum uptime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Perform detailed inspections and keep accurate service records
• Work independently and outdoors in various conditions
• Promote and follow a strong culture of safety on every site

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing heavy diesel equipment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Ability to lift and move 75 lbs+
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no recent DUI/DWI or aggressive driving convictions)
• Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Comfortable working on newer fleet models (all equipment is 2018+)
• High school diploma or GED; ability to read, write, and speak English
• CDL is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with the DC Metro area
• Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills are a must
