Customer Service Test Center Administrator Prometric is hiring a Customer Service Test Center Administrator in Bangor, ME. Location: 11 Bangor Mall Blvd, Unit D, Bangor, ME. Job Overview The Test Center Administrator (TCA) serves as the face of Prometric in test centers around the world. TCAs verify candidate identification, monitor exams, and uphold the highest standards for exam integrity by enforcing policies and guidelines. Prometric employs more than 600 TCAs worldwide who are trusted to lead and control the computer-based test center environment. Saturday availability required. Occasional evening hours required. Possible Sunday hours. Ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork with availability to work a variety of shifts any day Monday through Saturday between 7:00am and 5:00pm. Flexible scheduling is required. Part-time position, 20-25 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as needed. Schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. Responsibilities Maintain and apply expert knowledge of test center policies, practices, and procedures Greet examinees and verify identification Perform required security checks including the use of wands Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency Maintain a secure environment and materials in the test center Ensure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experience Report any occurrences outside company guidelines Be flexible with scheduling based on Prometric days of operations Represent Prometric's vision, mission and values Safeguard the test center from misconduct Digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification if applicable Qualifications Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience a plus Experience : Minimum of one year of in-person customer service experience (e.g., call center, retail, restaurant); must be 18 years of age Skills : Professional communication; ability to write detailed reports; ability to multi-task; familiarity with Microsoft Windows-based programs (MS Office, Outlook, web browsing) Physical : Ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 40 pounds; ability to remain stationary for exam administration; able to move through test rooms and escort candidates; visual requirements to monitor screens and cameras; able to maintain computers in lab/office settings About Prometric Prometric is an Equal Employment/Affirmative Action employer.
