Job Description
We’re hiring a customer service representative to communicate with customers for requests, concerns, questions, and other matters. Successful customer service representatives can work well under pressure, be even-tempered when dealing with conflict, and confidently operate customer service-related programs.
Job Requirements: Representative requires skills like strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, patience, adaptability, product knowledge, active listening, attention to detail, time management, and technical proficiency with relevant customer service software to effectively address customer concerns and provide solutions.

8:00 AM ~ 4:30 PM
8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM
9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM
