Job Description

$20/HR.

In search of a trusted, warm, friendly, experienced babysitter! We are looking for someone who can come in 1-2 nights a week and occasionally on weekends (with the possibility of some additional days/nights if, for example, we had to work late). On occasion, we may need the kids picked up (locally) from daycare or taken to/from activities. The person will need to be able to heat up/prepare light dinner, and help the kids eat. We have a 7mo old baby and a 2.5yo. We have a no screens policy (tv, videos, phones, etc.), and it's important to us that the person engage with our kids while they are awake (and avoids exposing the kids to screens). *Must have babysitting references. START DATE: As soon as possible.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Punctual.
• Comfortable with light cooking/feeding kids.
• Comfortable with putting kids to sleep.
• Playful and creative with music, arts and crafts and other activities.
• Flexibility to occasionally stay later should the need arise.
• Bonus if familiar with a kosher kitchen.
• Bonus if familiar with Brooklyn Heights/Downtown Brooklyn.
