MNX, a UPS Company, is currently seeking a driver to pick up and deliver packages from local customer locations in the North Charleston, SC area. Responsibilities include loading and unloading shipments for delivery, knowledge of and abiding by all safety, security, and operating procedures for pickup and delivery of customer packages and operating motor vehicles including remaining in compliance with all Federal, state, and local laws, and scanning information on airbills and manifests. Requirements include completing TSA testing, ability to communicate in English, being at least 21 years old, possessing a valid class "D" driver's license (CDL not required), having a clean driving record for the last 3 years with no tickets or accidents, ability to lift in excess of 70 lbs, passing a strict credit check, 10-year documented background check, criminal history check, drug screen, and providing a high school diploma, GED transcripts, or higher education diploma. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) at $17.00 per hour, Monday - Friday from 7:30am-11:30am, with additional coverage expected during other drivers' vacation or sick leave.
