Role Overview

Responsibilities will entail Warehouse Operation Setup & Innovation in USA. The Contract Logistics role involves frequent business trips to the LX Pantos warehouse/customer site. Meetings with public agencies and clients are also necessary to get information on setting up a new business stably.​

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will spend most of their time working as an experienced professional in the industry, supporting an operation specialist, and assisting in the following activities​:

• Instruct Warehouse members on their work and carry out tasks as a task leader based on one's judgment.​
• Setup a operational process and environment of new warehouse business in USA ​
• Make a new SOP(Standard Operational Process) for Warehouse & Distribution.​
• Audit Warehouse operation regular & Update a SOP to have a better operation. ​
• In case of the Operational Issue, Response issue together with the warehouse workers and Improvement Progress​
• After setup a new warehouse, support operation to stabilize the field ​
• Communicate with clients to setup an operation process & improvement plan ​
• Report on whether Monthly Operation Report (KPI, Stock Count, In/out bound Trend, etc.,) is set and implemented​
• Support Peak season of operation & Responding to operational inquiries by warehouse ​
• Set up a logistics cost reduction plan & Monitoring the progress of cost reduction plan​

Qualifications ​

• Communication skills, both verbally and written (English and Korean required)​
• BA or Associated degree preferred ​
• Warehouse operation with a minimum of 5~7 years of industry experience​
• Excellent computer skills ( MS-Office : Excel, Power point ) ​
• Experience designing a warehouse with CAD program (not compulsory)​
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team setting​
• Ability to frequent biz trips (USA/Canada/Mexico)​

Job Type: Full-time, regular

Job Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Business Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
