Location: Atlanta, GA

About the role:

OLIVER is looking for a Content Creator to join our team for our client Go to Foods. Parent company for 7 restaurant & specialty food brands: Cinnabon, Auntie Ann's, Jamba, Carvel, McAlister's, Moe's, and Schlotzsky's . As a content creator, your primary responsibility will be to generate video content for TikTok and IG Reels, crafting concepts based on the latest social media trends and translating them to our 7 brands. You will be able to work alongside a client social team to capture content both in office and at nearby store locations in the Greater Atlanta Area. This role is a contract role estimated at 2-3 days a week for the next 3-4 months. Schedule for shooting must be flexible based on client's brand shoot days. Calendar for shooting will be provided 2-4 weeks in advance.

What you will be doing: 

  • Be an expert on the latest social media tactics and platform features including overall best practices for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more. 
  • Lead creative direction for visual content across all social platforms 
  • Ideate, capture and implement owned organic social media content across platforms. 
  • Develop and own storyboarding while working closely with the copywriter for scripting creative content 
  • Translate project details and creative direction into concepts or design solutions. 
  • Work independently to develop graphics within technical specifications (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Pencil Pro etc). 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 3+ years' experience generating engaging social content required 
  • Ability to create short-form, platform-focused social videos that utilize current cultural and platform trends. 
  • Will collaborate with a photographer in-office to capture new products and flavors that have not yet launched in-store. 
  • Will film in-store at approved locations in the Atlanta area. 
  • Experience with food brands is a plus. 
  • Understanding of organic content capture for social media is necessary. 
  • Experience with TikTok is required, and videos will be used on TikTok and Instagram Reels. 
  • Content will be shot for all 7 brands. 
  • Goal is to create 3-4 videos per brand per month to post on owned channels (21-28 total videos per month) 
  • Proficient using 'Low-Fi' editing tools, Canva and Capcut; Proficient in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator a plus 
  • Platform expertise and strong understanding of audience segmentation across a variety of key social platforms 
  • Creative individual with a strong attention to detail 
  • Able to present a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity and design skills, including a strong sense of typography and layout—demonstrating talent in design, composition, and color. 
  • This position typically averages 10 to 20 hours per week.
  • Compensation for this role is $52 to $58 per hour
