About Us: The Affiliation Program organizes conferences designed for bank executives to network, share best practices, and gain insights to enhance their institutions' performance. It currently offers five different Affiliation Programs, catering to roles such as Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Senior Lending Officer, Technology & Operations Officers, and Chief Risk/Compliance Officers. The Affiliation Program currently hosts 15+ conferences for attendees at a variety of desirable locations each spring and fall.

We are seeking self-motivated and results-driven sales professionals to market the Affiliation Program to current members while also identifying and cultivating new leads among the 5,000+ banks in the nation. Contacts are made leveraging our well-known name, having been in the business for over 40 years, and rely primarily on communication via phone, email, our company website, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential clients interested in joining the Affiliation Program and attending a conference
• Build strong relationships and maintain a consistent pipeline of leads in Salesforce and other communication channels
• Follow-up with attendees after Affiliation conferences to market the next season of meetings

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in financial services is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with salesforce and LinkedIn among other tools such as Excel, social media, AI, etc.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail and careful note-taking.
• Self motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
