Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a CNC Saw Operator / Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Saw Operator / Machinist, you will be part of the machine shop supporting a dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Saw Operator / Machinist

Location: Chesterfield, MO

Pay Range: $22-$25/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC saws, grinders, and drill presses.
• Perform part layout on aluminum plates using blueprints and precision measuring tools.
• Inspect parts using calipers, hook rule scales, and other measuring instruments.
• Maintain tight tolerances of ±0.005" on parts cut to length.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with specifications.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience as a CNC operator or machinist in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours.
