Claims / Field Adjuster/Safety Coordinator
Location: This role is based in a regional office, with occasional travel to job sites and client locations.

Job Summary
As a Claims / Field Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in investigating and processing insurance claims, as well as conducting on-site assessments and inspections. Your diverse skillset will allow you to handle both office-based and field-based responsibilities, ensuring efficient and effective claims management.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and document insurance claims, including gathering evidence, interviewing claimants, and assessing damages
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to evaluate the extent of damages and determine appropriate course of action
- Coordinate with safety teams and clients to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and protocols
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to claims processes
- Provide Spanish language translation and interpretation services as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims in a timely manner

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster or in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Spanish language, both written and verbal is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with safety protocols and claims management software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed

Working Conditions
This position is primarily office-based, with regular field visits to job sites and client locations. The work schedule may involve occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs. Some physical demands may include walking, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Shift: Monday to Friday - 8 AM-5 PM with occasional OT and Weekends as needed
