This position performs routine maintenance, monitors system health, assists with infrastructure upgrades, and contributes to platform-related projects that ensure virtual environment stability. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in enterprise environment Citrix virtualization support, works well within a team, and follows guidance and procedures established by senior engineers. This is a mid level engineering role. This is not a lead or highly autonomous role, but one that values dependability and collaboration. Candidates must be based in Georgia and able to report to our Northlake location as needed. You will be joining a team the supports 7,000 servers across 120 silos! Take part in an exciting time at Emory as we actively transition to Azure. As part of that, we've begun shifting to Citrix MCS for provisioning, using Terraform to deploy servers and Packer to build images at boot. We're also leveraging the Citrix DaaS control plane, cutting edge technologies to dive into!
