What We Provide: Competitive starting pay: $15.00 to $16.00 without RBT certification. A generous sign-on bonus of $750. If RBT certified, starting salary is $16.00 with advancement up to $20.00 as you grow into the role. Compensation adjusted based on your experience, qualifications, and performance. 401(k) plan with company matching.
