About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to oversee its finance and regulatory operations. This leadership role demands a candidate with a strategic mindset and deep expertise in broker-dealer financial management, particularly in the areas of clearing operations, regulatory reporting, and compliance with financial industry regulatory authorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial controls, capital requirements, and operational efficiency in a highly regulated environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the financial industry are essential. Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company should have a CPA, with a preference for a Master's degree in a related field, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial leadership within a broker-dealer or investment bank. The role requires a strong understanding of clearing operations and broker-dealer financial regulations, as well as active Series 27 or 28 licenses and a FINOP designation. Experience with financial systems and reporting tools is necessary, along with strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
