About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take the lead in transforming and scaling one of its portfolio businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, and providing in-depth analysis and guidance to the Board of Directors. A key aspect of the role is to lead the evaluation and due diligence process for potential acquisition targets, including financial and operational analysis, and to make recommendations based on thorough financial modeling. The ideal CFO will be a passionate and committed leader with a strong background in multi-site services, particularly in the B2B sector, and a proven track record in a similar role, with a mix of accounting and FP&A experience. The CFO will be expected to honor the company's past while driving its future growth, and as such, a candidate with a background in multi-site healthcare services is highly valued. The role requires a leader with a contagious will to win, who can effectively integrate the business's operations and is prepared to work closely with the private equity sponsor to achieve the company's growth and investment goals. A minimum of 10 years' of progressive career success, with a focus on M&A and a strong preference for private equity experience, is essential.
