As a Charity Events Assistant, you’ll play a key role in bringing community campaigns to life through engaging events and impactful outreach. You’ll work alongside nonprofit partners and team members to:

• Assist with planning and coordinating charity events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns

• Support event logistics: setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and on-site execution

• Interact with attendees, donors, and community members to raise awareness and drive engagement

• Maintain event materials, track inventory, and ensure smooth event flow

• Update donor/event data, assist with post-event reporting and follow-up

• Collaborate with both nonprofit organizations and internal teams to achieve campaign goals

• Participate in team training and meetings to grow your knowledge and impact
