Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Catalog & Content Creator to join our Marketing Department under the Inventory Division. This position plays a crucial role in visually presenting our inventory for online catalogs, social media, and advertising. You will work closely with our Catalog & Content Coordinator who will provide complete training on photo standards, catalog structure, and content requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take high-quality, clear, and consistent photos of all inventory arriving for auction.
• Capture additional photos and video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update our online catalogs with current and accurate media.
• Monitor the inventory log and ensure all incoming items are properly photographed and accounted for.
• Oversee and lot incoming inventory with attention to item type, value, and sale format.
• Develop a working knowledge of the heavy equipment, agricultural, and industrial items we sell.
• Stay organized and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines—especially during auction weeks.
• Be available and flexible on Saturdays as needed leading up to auction dates.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a creative eye for clean and effective visual content.
• Comfortable handling and being around large equipment and machinery.
• Basic knowledge of photography and/or video content creation (a plus, not required—training provided).
• Must be proactive and dependable with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to our systems and equipment cataloging process.
• Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Additional Information:

• This is an hourly position paid weekly. Starting wage is $12/hour .
• After training, opportunities for pay increases will be evaluated based on performance.
• This role offers potential for growth within our marketing or inventory teams.
