Cut, care for, and transplant clones with precision ✂️🌿
Monitor humidity, lighting, and temperature 🌡️💡
Track clones in METRC and maintain daily logs 🖥️🗂️
Keep work areas sanitized and organized 🧼🧽
Spot and report any pests, diseases, or plant issues 🐛🔍
Assist with audits, labeling, and inventory tasks ✅📦
1+ year in cannabis propagation or greenhouse work 🌾
Experience with METRC or compliance tracking ✅
A keen eye for detail and love for routine tasks 👀🔁
Ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, and work in warm/humid spaces 💪🔥
Team player with strong communication skills 🤝🗣️
Must be 21+ and able to pass iCHAT background check 📋🧾
