Litigation Attorney – Remote Opportunity | Growing National Defense Firm | Phoenix or Tuscon, AZ

We are representing a dynamic and expanding national civil litigation and business law firm with offices across California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Colorado, and Texas. The firm is actively seeking a Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join its Phoenix or Tucson AZ office . This role offers a remote opportunity for Arizona-licensed attorneys seeking long-term growth, sophisticated casework, and an exceptional work-life balance.

Top-Tier Compensation – Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $180,000 , based on experience and performance.
Independently manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial.
Handle legal research, motion practice, discovery, client communication, and court appearances.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies tailored to business and legal goals.
Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, and related litigation documents.
Maintain high professional standards while working with autonomy and accountability.
Licensed to practice in Arizona
Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience (business litigation preferred)
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Comfortable managing deadlines and caseloads in a remote work environment
Highly organized, responsive, and committed to client service
Salary: $110,000 – $180,000/year, commensurate with experience
