Job Title : Business Development Manager / Client Partner
Location : Santa Clara - CA
Experience : 5-8 years (Staffing industry experience required)

Compensation : $85K - $120K Anually

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to acquire and manage direct client relationships for IT/Non-IT staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing industry and a proven track record of building relationships with end clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with direct clients for IT/Non-IT staffing solutions.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers and procurement teams.
• Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with quality candidates.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms of business with clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or client acquisition in a staffing/recruiting firm preferably IT and engineering
• Must have experience working with direct clients
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing landscape
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
