As a Business Development Associate , you’ll play a vital role in identifying new prospects, supporting client engagement efforts, and executing key business development strategies. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client relations , while learning directly from senior leaders and seasoned professionals.

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives
• Identify, research, and engage prospective clients and strategic partners
• Support client-facing activities including presentations, demos, and follow-up communications
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and opportunities
• Assist in creating sales proposals, pitch decks, and other business development materials
• Help manage lead generation campaigns and contribute to client acquisition efforts
• Track KPIs and report on performance metrics to continuously improve strategies

• Strong interest in business development, sales, marketing, or client success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not required)
