Job Description

The Bilingual Branch Specialist Color Blender (Spanish) role will be expected to work at Store #5255, Located at: 6707 Williamson Rd, Roanoke VA 24019 and may be expected to work in surrounding stores in a 10 mile radius

  • Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g. hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, etc.) safely once trained, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish

How You’ll Perform the Role

  • Support sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams commercial paint store, servicing wholesale customers. 
  • Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately, which involves blending initial batches, making shade and gloss adjustments, filling and labeling batches, preparing draw-downs for submittal to customers, maintaining accurate work order files and formulas, in addition to cleaning, filling and repairing equipment as necessary. 
  • Assist with general warehouse, delivery and customer service duties as needed, including loading, and unloading of material, and waiting on customers.
