BI-LINGUAL FRENCH PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MANHATTAN UPPER EAST SIDE FAMILY
Base Salary is $55K to $65K (based upon experience and candidate)
100% Paid Medical, plus 401K

This is an excellent opportunity for a Recent College Graduate with a year out of school or for a College Degreed Assistant who desires to use their French language skills.

Family on the Upper East Side is looking for a college graduate with excellent French language skills (German or Italian are a plus, but French is mandatory). Initially, you will assist the current Assistants as an introduction to the family and eventually, you will be required to travel to Europe at various times throughout the year.

You must be completely flexible to travel when needed and for long lengths of time. A lot of European travel.

The role involves a lot of personal calendaring, general administrative responsibilities including written and verbal correspondence in French and English, making travel arrangements and reservations, assisting with events, running errands, etc.

This is a lovely and considerate family. Current Assistants began just a few years out of college.

Looking for a very discreet, organized, and proactive individual with ability to travel and stay abroad for several weeks at a time throughout the year.

General Hours are Mon-Fri; 9am-6pm (must be available by phone outside of these hours and occasional travel or work on weekends possible). Phaxis
