Job Title: Learning Solutions Architect I – Instructional Designer (Axonify LMS) Location: Hybrid Work Model Reporting to Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options Position Type: Multiyear Contract Description: Seeking a contract Learning Solutions Architect with a background in Instructional Design to assist with creating content for the back-office business area and as an administrator for the Axonify training platform. As an administrator, this role would be responsible for transitioning training content into the Axonify platform. Ideal candidates have foundational Instructional Design knowledge and hands-on experience with the Axonify LMS. Additional responsibilities would include:

• Assist in researching identified changes and updates to existing or new plans
• Assist in developing learning solutions and content for one or more professional development or employee upskilling programs.
• Assist in creating reference materials, support tools, and leader resources that reinforce strategic learning
