You’ll work side-by-side with experienced coaches and in-house medical professionals, using advanced sport science tools and biomechanics testing to create programs that actually help members to reach their goal goals. We’re looking for a Strength & Conditioning Coach who’s ready to:
· Lead high-energy small group and private sessions
· Build individualized programs based on real data and performance testing
· Collaborate closely with our physical therapist and performance team
· Be a key player in a supportive, forward-thinking coaching environment
· Grow into a full-time role with leadership and specialization opportunities
What You’ll Gain:

What You Bring:
· CPT certification (or in progress – NASM, ACSM, NSCA accepted)
· Degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or related field (preferred)
· Experience training athletes, teams, or active adults
· Outgoing personality with strong communication and coaching skills
· A passion for results, backed by science and supported by teamwork
Job Details:
· Part-Time: 15–25 hrs/week
· Pay: $20–$30/hour (based on experience)
· Schedule: Monday–Thursday (mornings and some evenings)
· Location: Santa Barbara, CA
· Start: ASAP
· Temp-to-hire with long-term opportunity
