As an Asset Protection Partner, your role is to safeguard store assets against theft. You will collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager (DAPM) and store leadership to develop and implement Safety & Shrink Plans. Key Responsibilities: Attend and participate in store meetings and trainings to promote Asset Protection awareness. Demonstrate Sephora Values. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours. Use CCTV and exception-based reporting to investigate losses, as directed by the DAPM. Prepare reports on theft incidents, recoveries, investigations, and audits. Follow all laws and policies related to apprehensions, searches, seizures, and evidence preservation. Testify in court for criminal or civil cases when summoned. Support and work across multiple store locations if applicable. Qualifications/Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment. Flexible availability during peak retail hours. Strong communication skills. Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, with accommodations if needed. Maintain all licensing requirements as per local regulations.
