Worldwide Logistics Ltd is looking for an experienced logistics coordinator with an Export background. As a Logistics Coordinator you will work with internal sales/pricing staff, our curated list of vendors and offices across the globe in order to make each international shipment a success.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible mainly for air export operations, reporting to the operations manager.

This role requires creative thought and a high sense of urgency in a fast paced and demanding customer driven environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Manage bookings with airlines.
• Prepare required documents, MAWB/HAWB, etc.
• Coordinate with the client and internal resources to expedite the shipment along with the destination office
• Meet all accounting requirements, pay our vendors in a timely fashion
• Keep highly accurate physical records and update shipment data continuously
• Not limited to performing other job-related duties and functions as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required Education: High School Diploma required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.

EXPERIENCE

• Air Freight: 1 year
• Freight Forwarding: 1 year
• IAC/IATA Knowledge a plus

Salary - $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
