divh2AC Electrician Helper/h2pNational Power has an immediate need for a dependable AC Electrician Helper to join our team in our southeastern U.S. region. Under the general direction of and reporting to the Project Manager, the AC Electrician Helper will primarily be responsible for assisting the lead electrician with electrical work in the installation, alteration, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment for National Power customers./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliAssist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems/liliHelp with wiring, conduit installation, and electrical component assembly/liliPerform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on AC systems/liliMaintain a clean and organized work environment/liliFollow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment/liliObtain required equipment, tools, and materials for projects/liliCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliBasic understanding of electrical systems and components/liliAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams/liliStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail/liliPhysical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments/liliWillingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians/liliValid drivers license and reliable transportation/liliAbility to learn or knowledge of the NEC and interpret blueprints and carry out work accordingly/liliAbility to obtain safety certifications after hired, company sponsored/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh School Diploma / GED/liliExperience in the telecommunications industry a plus/li/ulh3Physical Requirements:/h3ulliAbility to lift and carry up to 75 pounds/liliAbility to work in confined spaces and at heights/liliAbility to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods/liliManual dexterity to handle tools and equipment/liliAbility to work in various weather conditions/li/ulh3Compensation Benefits:/h3ulliSalary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour/liliCompensation is based on: Relevant experience in critical infrastructure sectors, Technical knowledge and certifications/liliBenefits:/liulliCompetitive salary/liliHealth, dental, and vision insurance/liliPaid time off and holidays/liliOpportunities for professional development and advancement/li/ul/ulh3Additional Info:/h3ulliCriminal background check, pre-employment drug screen and MVR required/liliThis is a remote position and will require the employee to work away from home.
